Customer Relationship Management Training

GoldMine Contact Management System and Microsoft CRM.
Our instructors bring many years of
business, training and technical experience into the classroom.
This experience is used to not only teach
the student how to use the software, but how to apply it to real world
business situations.
Classes are offered for all experiences levels and
various topics, from beginners to power users.
Each course has been designed by our
Trainers and Consultants to maximize the benefit to the student.
Courses are kept small, allowing one-on-one
instructor interaction.

ready to learn, as computers, materials and training data are provided
