On-Going Support

One criteria that we judge ourselves on when it comes to providing support after the system is up and running is responsiveness. You have a problem, your system is down, or you can't get a month end report during a close, we are going to be there...not only during the day, but at night and on the weekends too if you select the emergency pager option on a support plan.  Urgent phone calls are returned promptly during the workday.  You are the customer, we are the service provider, and we never forget that.

Support is more than just solving problems, it's looking at your operation on a continuing basis and providing recommendations as to how you can get more and more out of the software.
